Terms & Conditions


All prices are in Australian dollars & include all taxes, where applicable.

A delivery fee, in addition to your order (based on destination) is added. This fee covers
delivery of your flowers or products on the Sunshine Coast.

The ā€˜Humble’ price is representative of the product pictured. The ’Amazing’ price (if
selected) indicates an increase in size and/or flower or gourmet food or container value.

Floral Supply

National flower supply continues to challenge our florists. It may be necessary to substitute flowers, or containers in your order using a mix of our freshest in-store seasonal blooms. However, we will always do our best to createĀ a lovely productĀ as close as possible to what you ordered.Ā

In addition, flowers may be in bud to provide longer enjoyment.Ā 

Our Guarantee


Nambour All Seasons Florist guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every Nambour All Seasons Florist order. Each Nambour All Seasons Florist arrangement and hamper delivered by our store, created by a professional florist.

Delivery on the date requested and every effort will undertake to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific regarding time.

Complaints must be received within 48 hours of delivery to Nambour All Seasons Florist. 07 54412310.

Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlours, crematorium, and cemeteries.

Cancellations or alterations of orders, notification within 24 hours of ordering.

For Products with Alcohol

Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or
receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some
States.

All deliveries attended to Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Saturday 9am-4pm.

  • Please ensure you provide a correct contact number for the recipient to ensure deliveries made without delay.

Delivery Policy when the recipient is not at home to accept your gift

As a result of both Government instructions and our Florists' personal safety requirements,
your order will be placed in a secure location at the front door (or equivalent) of the recipient's
delivery address. Your Special Instructions (if any) will be noted but may not be able to be complied with.Ā 

Where a secure location is unidentified, our couriers will leave a ā€œnot at homeā€ card in the letterbox of the delivery address advising your recipient to contact the delivering Nambour All Seasons Florist and the item will be returned to our store, awaiting further instructions.

Flowers received can be quite unique, so too are your specific requirements and concerns surrounding your order, for unique concerns – we ask you call directly on 07 54412310 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the updated item.

Refunds


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the
refund is approved or not. If approved, your refund on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
